"very nice apartments on the outside but the walls are paper thin and the floors are cardboard thick. You can hear your neighbors both next door and upstairs. management is ok and maintains the building fairly well. They have cut down on common area cleaning and the parking lot and walking sidewalks are not as well maintained as to when I first moved in. Falling and slipping hazhards in winter are increasing due to lack of salting of sidewalks. rent is going up $30.00 to 40.00 every year with no inprovements to apartments or services. other than the above...not a bad place to live."
