"No amenities. Extra for a garage.Garages are rented to the public. Limited parking, especially in winter when they eliminate about 10 of the spaces for the plows to pile snow. Hotel style heating and cooling. Washers and dryers are constantly out of order. Had neighbors who had black mold near their old ,dated windows. There are seams and nail head marks on most walls covered by paint. Residents were asked to leave a good review and offered money off of their rent for doing so. I have the letter from management to prove so."
