"If I could give this place zero stars I would. My power went out in my apartment during the summer time and of course every single time I try and call management they were never there to answer but moving on I called the “emergency line “ and the man basically said he couldn’t do anything until Monday. They never even showed up. Another thing, this place is RIDDLED with roaches EVERYWHERE. I found one in the washing machine, some crawling on the hallway walls. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Management will walk into your apartment whenever they like, btw they have codes to everyone’s doors, and also will like to change office hours so you’re required to pay rent not even at the beginning of the month but more of less 2 weeks before the rent is actually do. You can quite literally hear your downstairs neighbors CONSTANTLY. Never once saw an exterminator either and also any important information or letters they may slide under your door best believe they will constantly misspell everything on the paper and also mess your address up. Don’t ever rent here, please be aware."

"I wish I could give zero stars. I moved here 3/2023 and the first 2 months were fine. In the summer I noticed there were a few small roaches here and there so I immediately put Boric acid down. As the months passed I saw more and more and even a couple of mice. This place is disgusting and yes the rent is affordable but regardless no one wants to live like this. I haven’t seen not one exterminator since I moved here. Our outside apartment door is faulty. At first I thought people were propping the door open but there’s a defect in the latch. So sometimes when I leave for work there are random bums sleeping in the laundry room or on the stairs early morning. Windsor realty should be ashamed. Now they are offering money to refer potential residents. I am a nurse and work in healthcare and I’ve warned so many people about this place. Yes the shops across the street is convenient but by all means avoid this place."

"New review I still have no roaches as of 7/I/23 I am Proactive this is about management Before you move in make sure you have a new lock on your door if you move in after they will charge you some one will be coming in and out of your apt I repeat make sure you make your own code do not accept one they give you and they do not give keys all of a sudden Before you move in make sure locks have been changed. Management cares nothing about your safety or rights once you move in Annette is nice when you come to rent once you move in she turns on you They changed the lock and someone is still coming in either she shared my code or the office people the only ones with the keys"
