This was especially valuable when I was relocating from another city and couldn't physically visit Cleveland multiple times. Ryan went the extra mile by sharing multiple pictures of each room and space, which allowed me to choose a space I absolutely adore, with a stunning view. Treo also hosts various events for residents to mingle, and my personal favorite was the pumpkin decorating contest. Furthermore, the location is unbeatable. I'm conveniently close to everything, including the West Side Market, shops, salons, and a scenic river walk. I even just signed up for a glass blowing class, all within a 5-minute walk from my apartment. It's a fantastic place to live!"

"Great managing staff, great amenities and friendly neighbors. My husband and I moved in 6 months ago and we love coming home everyday. Ryan and Dave are very responsive and helpful whenever we have any questions or concerns. Maintenance is quick to respond. The amenities are great, with the rooftop and gym being two of our favorites. Neighbors are quiet and respectful, even their dogs are friendly. I highly recommend Treo to anyone looking for a comfortable and modern place to live."
