"I lived here for 8 years. The apartment itself was fine. Everything else was terrible. Slumlord Tony does ZERO maintenance. Doesn't check or clean the gutters, doesn't check to see if furnace is ready for winter. The only way to get anything done is to threaten them with the news or health department. It took slumlord Tony a year to fix the bathroom and it still wasn't completely done when I left. It took 3 months to get a new toilet. Garbage everywhere. Sometimes the so-called maintenance guys don't show up for weeks at a time. If there is an infestation you pay for it yourself. Cheapskate Tony pays for nothing. Slumlord Tony also buys the cheapest things he can find. Move here at your own risk"
"I was here for about 8 months the Broke the lease. The windows are not secure they have no locks. They have really bad Ant problem. They do not turn the heat on. Their A/c are really old. And their customer service is terrible. My sink has been leaking water so my carpets stink like mold. TO GOOD TO BE TRUE."
"Anthony at first acts all nice then becomes a TERRIBLE person. Rude and disrespectful .. place is so DISGUSTING. i have stood here for a year. They left me without months with no fridge. I begged for one and they still treated me like trash. They have biting ANTS and they make you get your own Exterminator and rental insurance to cover themselves. DO NOT MOVE HERE. ITS A SCAM. !!!!!!!"
