"Filled out an application on the 3rd (which cost $100) for a lease that had a move in date of the 15th. That's not a lot of time but we were willing to do what it took to make it work. However, the money we spent to apply is wasted, because the office staff never anwser the phone, and are never their when you show up, even during business hours,so we started looking else where. It sucks because the location is perfect for us, but I guess we will have to take our business elsewhere."

"The cost of the 1 bedroom apartments have gone up significantly while the quality of living hasn't improved. Noticed couple of items missing before move in and over a year later still hasn't been fixed. Old and outdated applications and interior while price has gone up, and no change to upgrade them. Water bill has been on a constant rise to over $60 which is absolutely absurd and downright incorrect. Usually for the price range you can find similar 1 bedrooms elsewhere that are more modern with better management. About to close my lease over a year and a half and I'm glad to do so, definitely look into other apartment complex nearby that are more worth the time."

"We lived here for 3 years. At first it was really nice. But then our rent kept going up, by like a lot. I felt like I was constantly fighting with the front office and maintenance about things I wanted to get done. Our ac went out in our apartment and they wouldn’t fix it until it literally got so hot outside, and we had cats. Poor babies suffering in the heat. It was rediculous. When we first moved in our washer was leaking so bad and they kept arguing telling me I was putting dish soap in the washer when I wasn’t and they wouldn’t fix it. They sent out a lot of threatening emails about things they wanted changed, instead of treating us like paying customers or actual people. Management was so condescending. And the absolute worst part is that they do water bills by building. My water bill was close to 90 dollars a month!! I just moved to a new, nicer and less expensive place and am taking 2 times the showers and doing 2 times the laundry, and my first bill was 34 dollars. 60 extra dollars a month means I was spending 720 extra dollars a year on an inequitable and unfair water bill. Make that make Sense."

"I lived here for approximately one and a half years and experienced a lot of issues that I feel potential new residents deserve to know about in advance: * When I first moved in there was a quarter-sized hole in the bathroom door that they apparently didn't feel the need to repair before I got there (I fixed it myself and it only took a few minutes). There was also hair on the bathroom walls and in drawers that had obviously been painted over. There were also plastic anchors left in the wall that were not removed and simply painted over as well. There was several inches of standing water in the bottom of the air intake vent (there was no way to tell how long it had been there). I got the impression the unit had prepared in a day, despite a neighbor having told me it had been vacant for two weeks. * The shower was dripping when I had moved in during June. It wasn't successfully repaired until *at least* the following January, despite *many* repeated e-mails, phone calls, and work order requests. Not once did I receive an offer to compensate me for the higher water bills. * My unit's mail box door broke in February 2022 (per a post office employee I spoke with) and it was finally repaired in either November or December of that year. Throughout that period I had to drive to the post office to pick up my mail. For those who aren't aware it's the apartment's responsibility, not the post office's, to fix the mailboxes. * There were large potholes and chunks of concrete missing on the eastern Perimeter Dr. entrance that had been there for at least several months and still hadn't been fixed by the time I moved out. * The extra security lock in my unit could be bypassed by slowly opening the door a few inches and then closing the door, which would unlock it. * The faux wood flooring has small ridges in it that collect dirt and dust (the latter most likely from the ductwork that isn't able to be professionally cleaned due to being composed of plastic; who knows how many years worth of crud accumulation is in them). * The Amazon locker/package drop-off room didn't have any video cameras in it (as of the summer of 2021, when two of my packages were stolen), and the door to access it was unlocked 24/7 (property crime is the most frequent type of crime in Dublin, including vehicle and garage break-ins). For what little it's worth the hallway from the door to the room does allegedly have camera surveillance. There's more, but this should be sufficient. If it ever was, this place is most definitely no longer luxury living, despite the ridiculously high rent. If you're not absolutely desperate to be in Dublin's school district don't move here."

"Living at Perimeter Lakes has been great. The apartments are nice and roomy, nature outside the patio doors, and it such a convenient location. l love having access to city life, but when I go out my back patio it's just a pond and occasionally some ducks. We also have frogs and chipmunks. My cats LOVE to watch them through the patio door. My only complaint would be the price of rent keeps increasing. We have renewed our lease 3 times, and each time the price gets higher. I really love it here, and hope to stay for a long time, but if the rent keeps going up with each lease renewal, there may come a point when we can no longer afford it. At one point it did take maintenance requests a while to go through, however any request I have hade this past year have been taken care of within the next day or two. The turnaround time is really good and the Maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place as it is a beautiful community in a great location."
