"I've lived here since 2021, I've enjoyed living here. The times that I've needed maintenance they come immediately. Recently I needed help getting inside my home and the maintenance person came straight away. Micky, from Management. is always so helpful! She is very professional and patient, my mom lives in Ashlar flats and Micky has done a wonderful job at that rental office than the staff before her! I can't wait to see how she improves Mason Row! Any time you need anything or something fixed the staff are helpful!"

"Other tenants smoke marijuana and cigarettes in their townhomes causing the adjoining residences to have smoke smell ; this is also a potential fire hazard. Neighbors are extremely loud and disruptive. Management does not take any actions or respond to emails regarding any of the stated concerns. Rent is extremely high to be putting up with this.I would recommend looking elsewhere for a company with better customer service ( I am sure they will reply to this post with a comment that they are very concerned about this issue, but that is purely for their benefit as in reality they do not even reply to emails).I deeply regret the decision to move here and for not having researched the company prior to signing on."

"I HONESTLY REGRET LIVING HERE! My car got stolen 2 times in a row and they did nothing about it! The rent's price raises 30% every single year. I honestly do not recommend anybody to live here."

"Yes, your prices are right up with the area, however, you have no amenities. Both the place across the street and next door have a pool, and the place across the street even has units with garages more sq foot and for the same price y'all are charging. Yes we have the "dog park" but I can't even throw a ball in there without it going over a fence it's so small. My cabinets are from the 80's, and there is a gap around the front door thar let's all the air in it wants to. There is a giant ant hill along the whole front of this building and they of course come into your home. 2 years ago I was paying 1000 for rent, and if I would of signed again this year it would of been 1700. For no updates. On top of that as SOON as you are leaving they want to have people come into the house to "measure". You pushed us out. People who have lived here for so long and made the neighborhood safe. With the crime rising and the bull surrounding your reasoning for raising rent, I don't see why anyone would want to live here."
