Hilliard Grand Apartments

"This is a nice community with kind people (not in the office, extremely unfriendly people there but maintenance is cool), that is also kept clean. The thing I absolutely hate and despise about this place is a recent addition, but nonetheless worthless. All UPS packages get delivered to a room at the office which you can access anytime. Yet you go into the room and all of the packages are thrown in there with no sorting system or any common sense way of placing them. You have to pick through dozens and, especially around the holidays, hundreds of packages to find yours. When you ask the office about not having your packages delivered to the room they say "you have to indicate that in the delivery instructions" do I not do that when I ship it to my address? If anything I should have to indicate I wanted it delivered to a worthless room instead of my home. I know this is a 1st world problem, but it is one of the least convenient and most worthless things that they've done in their recent "upgrade" to the property."

"Tye came down on his day off in about 15 minutes after we called to fix our garage door. He is great. He should be the head maintenance man. He did not make us wait 30 hrs to fix it and then Nick saying I should be grateful that he came at all. Another thing when you want to talk to Amara you have to go through her body guards Jerica and Nick. Then they don't get back with you ever. When they tell you I will call you, you know they are not going to call you. These people who run this place does not care about there residents at all."

"Horrible customer service. They NEVER pick up the phone to help current residents, make you pay for unnecessary trash pickup out front when you could easily take to the dumpster yourself (nickel and dime you) and made my mom who just had surgery go pick up a package or else they would return it immediately. Really nice places but I’m sick of having to deal with the front office. So many better options down the street!"

"Do not think about renting here. Terrible management, they do not care for your problems. Paying damn near $2000 to never be able to park next to your apartment because people with garages take your spot everyday. Oh did I mention TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Lady up front in the office has half a brain and is quick to dismiss your problems. Take your money elsewhere."

"I’ve been living here for 3 months in an apartment. Within those two months I have probably been able to park near my apartment only a HANDFUL of times and often have to park around the other side of the building. This is due to the fact that the neighbors in the townhome across from us (who have a driveway & garage) have up to 3-4 cars (most of them most likely aren’t registered either) parked over in front of my apartment, including 2 more in their driveway. I emailed them and other neighbors have contacted them also but they just say the parking policy is first come first serve and I understand that, but having 4 cars that are rarely moved isn’t fair to me and other neighbors in my complex."
