"$150 service for $1500 The apartments are very nicely finished and are lovely, I really cannot explain how much I like the apartment itself. However, Haydens crossing by Redwood in Dublin, OH is without a doubt the worst managed apartment complex I have ever had the displeasure of moving to. For starters when I moved in, most of the doors were not hung correctly, faucets were not secured to the counters, nearly every outlet cover was broken or just not screwed onto the wall, and the cleaning had clearly been done with a feather duster and a swiffer. The faucets, doors, and outlets would not be fixed for another month and a half after pointing them out on my move in and a handful of reminders to the management, including having the manager come walk the apartment and ensuring me that they would be fixed. It is also only possible pay rent online, a process which should be well sorted and easy, but has managed to fail, resulting in $95 late fees, and when clarified with the management about the issue, they still added the late fee and told me that it will still stand regardless of what they had said in the past. Especially if you are looking for housing in the north west of Columbus, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, regardless if you are a "preferred employer" because you certainly will not be a preferred or respected resident."
