"I don't live there anymore but I wish I did. There were things that went wrong with the apartment but management always took priority with them and maintenance was always fast. We had issues with wasps outside (I'm allergic) and they took care of it, we had an issue once with a growth on the wall at one point, we thought it was mold (it wasn't after being tested. It was caused however by a water leaked I'll mention next.)I think the biggest thing that happened was our washing machine broke because it was old (we had lived in one of the units that wasn't updated.) so water leaked out everywhere and the floor was sort of ruined in the kitchen but they pulled it back and aired it out for a few days and fixed it back, that did take a while but they made sure to do it. They won't leave you hanging when you need assistance with stuff that goes on in the apartment like that, and they won't also try to pin it on you either like some places do. The staff who work up front are always really nice as well and while I don't live there anymore and the apartment came with its quirks I would move back if it was in my price range still. It did go up since I was living there but that's also because they remodeled the unit so everything should be updated now. Some people say the walls are thin but I really just think that depends on which neighbor you have, the neighbor on the left we had was really great and never heard them but the neighbor on the right had kids so of course we've heard that a lot of the time too but that just comes with apartments You can't really do anything about that. It's definitely one of the best apartments I lived in really down to it's management, I actually enjoyed living there and it's a good spot in town. I will say when it snows it can be a little difficult, when we lived there the snow plow would leave a pile right outside the entrance of the apartments and it's at a little slope so it will be very slipper, so be careful there at the light in the winter because a lot of accidents happen at that light due to the snow. But yeah hope my experience helped at all."
