The property and apartments are beautiful and well kept. We immediately felt at home and can't wait to call Asherton home."

"Met with Tracy to tour a unit. This a a beautiful development with a lot of nice features. She was super pleasant and helpful. The condo did not suit our needs because we needed an additional space for a home office. Otherwise, it was very nice."

"I have waited a very long time to write a review about this apartment complex. I have been very understanding and very patient. I have lived here for about 1 1/2. This place is not worth 1420 every month to deal with break ins and nosey nieghbor upstairs who will call the cops on dogs but not call the cops when someone breaks into the bottom apartment downstairs. When we first moved here not a week but 2 days into moving here someone tried breaking into our apartment then when I requested they take immediate action with fixing our window and asked about compensation for the first days since we could not move our stuff in the manager who is located in Reynoldsburg insisted that I wanted free rent when all I was asking for is for them to change our prorated date and to back pay us since we could not move in right away. There have also been multiple break ins with vehicles which they will not tell you about. They will also enter your apartment without permission and just apologize because maintenance did not read the request. Maintenance ALWAYS takes forever and you have to call the office to get someone to come out. Currently still waiting on a request. BTW the reviews are from work orders which they then ask you if they have permission to post. SO not actual reviews about the complex. PLEASE save your money! This is not a place you want to sign a lease at. Also, the electricity is crazy expensive here you can find an updated apartment complex for lower rent and better safety somewhere else. There are always cop cars here. AND a lot of office turn over!"

"Property was wonderful. Really uphold the Dublin standards. Staff was wonderful as well. Answered all our questions, and even tho my husband and I aren’t looking to move until 2025 Isabella made us feel right at home. And was up front with us on pricing. Although I’ll never quite understand the math behind raising the rent from $1600/month to over $1800 when all that changed is the move in dates."

"Moved in this September 2023 maintenance requests are handled too amazingly and I have no complaints about it. Full five stars to maintenance. However I am simply giving 3 star and deducting 2 because there is no automated Rent reminder and I was charged $50 for late rent by 2 days. It wasn’t like I was late on purpose as I moved in and was busy in settling down I simply needed a reminder. So overall rating I will give as 5 stars but they need to add rent reminder as default for any tenant who is registered on their portal"
