"1 star is a generous rating. We were there less then 10 minutes before booking a different hotel. The rooms smelled musty, the bedding was dingy, the bathroom was stained and gross. The rooms were hot and stuffy, and the ac unit was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. I don't expect a refund in full, but something would have been a nice gesture. Before staying here, check hotels in the area. We paid $10 more for a room that was at least 10x's better. I would avoid this place at all costs!"
"I enjoy all the staff members we became like family. I never had no problems. If I did they were always quick to fix."
"Our room smelled musty. I flipped back the covers and the fitted sheet was DISCUSTING, dirty with nasty yellow sports & the pillow cases were just as nasty. I then checked the towels, they were also nasty with tons of yellow spots and dirty. I went to the desk to get fresh linen and that was ALSO just as nasty. Housekeeping came & changed my bed linen & brought new towels. The comforter cover was stained up and the towels the house keeper brought ALSO were nasty with a bunch of stains. The bathroom exhaust fan sounded like a motorcycle revving its engine and the toilet sounded like it was going to back up every time you flushed. I would NEVER stay here again. Location was fine, close to everything. Paid entirely too much for the quality. They were painting the building as well so at least they make the outside look nice."
"Our room was clean and reasonably priced, and they have been doing work to keep the whole place well maintained. The staff is professional and polite. All this and located in the fabulously nice community of Dublin."
