"My stay at the Tuttle location in Dublin has been amazing, from the moment we arrive Quan greeted us with a welcoming smile, she took her time explaining all the amenities and things that hotel had to offer. As well as how to get the care package. The common areas are clean and the room was excellent, it was clean, as well as the kitchen area! I must say I am satisfied, this location exceeded my expectations in all aspect, close to everything, wonderful Dublin, and for the price you cant go wrong! I will sure visit this location again!"
"Spacious rooms, reasonable cost. Rooms are seldom cleaned on schedule, but staff is truly friendly and helpful. Nice to see an extended stay with a little breakfast food provided. Fire alarm going off is a disturbing reality way too often, but again - great staff."
"Highly recommend not staying here. Horrible customer service and no respect for Military or their personal belongings. Personal belongings were blatantly thrown in the garbage as requested by the hotel’s own Manager. The staff is two faced and only cares about taking your money, not the customer service that should be put first."
"The manager from the Sawmill location (which recently changed hands and is marked as permanently closed now) came to this location. Whitney (the former Sawmill GM) kicked me out of my hotel room and gave me a 30-minute notice because I wrote a bad Google Review and complained to corporate about the filth and drug activity. No one has followed up with me, and they are not refunding me for the night she forced me and my dog out. Additionally, she locked me out of my room twice as I was trying to move my things and vacate, and she instructed her employees to not let me access my belongings. To be clear, this was a night I had paid for, and I did nothing wrong at all. I even helped save the life of a tenant who overdosed on my second day. Terrible company. Not one person from guest relations or management has followed up. Case number: 37979894"
