"Have lived here for a year and half, almost 2 in 5months. I don’t have any issues in my unit but when I need a few fixes done, maintenance comes as soon as possible. I love the community, it has many quiet moments that I appreciate through out my day. The office managers are lovely, I can’t complain. Not trying to move any time soon."
"I've lived here for about 5 months and it has been great! The staff is friendly, the apartment and patio (1st floor woodshake floor plan) is spacious, and the community is quiet, safe, and clean! The price is also really good for the square footage and amenities like in unit washer and dryer. I had some small things that needed to be fixed since I moved in but maintance has always responded quickly, which I appreciate."
"We moved here from NY and absolutely love our Apartment!! The staff is very helpful, we use the gym often and the activities are lots of fun. I would highly recommend Sawmill Commons Apartments as anyone’s new home!!"
"This complex is wonderful. The maintenance staff takes care of any issues promptly and neatly. The staff here is incredible. The apartments are very large and all updated. They even keep the pool open until the weather cools off. We really enjoy living here"
"I’ve been at Sawmill commons for four months now, and loved many things about it, the pool, gym and the social room, the neighborhood is super safe ,peaceful and beautiful which is why I chose to live here although I have to drive thirty minutes every day to work. It’s pretty close to walmart, CVS and bunch of restaurants which is a plus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was really impressed first time entered my unit, it’s quite spacious and clean Overall I definitely recommend this place :)"
