"I've been living here for more then 2 years now and I can tell you it's one of the best locations to live in Dublin with the lowest rent around. The neighbors are friendly and the area is very safe. Karen is super nice, friendly, and very understanding. If she's not in the office to answer the phone, just stop by! If there's any issues, they came by to fix it fairly quick once you put the request in the system."

"I lived here first in a studio. The office manager was amazing and always checked on me… knowing it was my first apartment alone. One time my fridge broke and the fixed it within an hour of the maintenance request! After living in my studio for a year I got married and my husband and I transferred to a one bedroom in the complex which was a super easy and smooth transition! We loved riverside green and highly recommend it :)"

"I lived here from Nov 2013 to Aug 2015 or thereabouts. I loved the area, the grounds at the apartment were clean, the neighbors were quiet. I liked the office manager, but she was never there. I don't know how it is now, but I was almost never able to get in touch with the office. She did check the messages though & did send maintenance/return calls as appropriate, it just sometimes took a bit more time than it should've. Maintenance was excellent. The only reason this is 3 stars instead of 4 is that the heaters (electric window units) were incredibly inefficient. I covered the windows with plastic, put up heavy, insulated curtains (over the door as well), & it didn't matter. My electric bill was $150-$175/month during the winter & my apartment was still freezing. I don't know if the complex is the same as it was when I was there, but if it weren't for the heaters, I'd honestly probably still be there."

"Well there's $25 down the drain. The area and units seemed really nice, but no one ever got back to me after I applied and that was May 30th!! I have called over 50 times and got the answering machine 48 times. The two times I got a hold of someone they didn't know the status of my application and I was also told the person who processes them was on the vacation. I have driven to the office after work a few times only to see signs on the door saying the office is closed all week. They shouldn't have had me apply if they weren't equipped to deal with everything in a timely manner. But then again I don't know if I'd want to live somewhere where the lone management person on-site can just disappear for weeks on end with no notice..."
