"Living at Avery Brooke was by far the best renting experience my girlfriend and I could’ve asked for. It has everything you could ask for the pool is amazing and the gym is huge. You get so much sq footage of living space and a balcony or patio for an incredibly affordable price especially when you start comparing to other complexes the bank for your buck is unmatched. There is also so much to do in the surrounding area. I would also like to give a special shoutout to Rhonda who we worked with from the beginning and is an absolute rockstar, great communication, extremely personable and truly cares about her residents. 10/10 would highly recommend no complaints."
"Nice staff..wasn't close enough to stores..restaurants..etc..you'd have to drive 5-7 minutes each way. Near parking and biking trails. The arra is clean and nice. There is a 3 month waiting list and $65 application fee."
"Have a friend that lives here, dont know how much the rent or value it is but is a pretty big place and looks nice too, the air conditioning is either too hot or too cold tho, so pick your style. rooms are a pretty good size too for a two bedroom apartment or condo whatever."
"Great place to rent, nice big windows in the living area and plenty of space. Maintenance is really responsive and always nice. The leasing office staff is really nice and helpful as well, and the gym and pool area are nice and well-kept. My only complaints while staying here was the lack of adequate parking space, the poor upkeep of the lot when it snows (parking spaces could be scraped out but aren't), and there being no enforcement of residents picking up after their animals."
"Nice complex, no major complaints. I have an issue with the walk-in closet size but that's my personal stuff...not the apartment's problem. Parking is tight but I have almost always found a spot reasonably close, no matter what hour. Noise from the upstairs living an be much but I guess that's to be expected. I had never been on the bottom floor before. If you are a "live and let live" personality then you can be happy here as I am. No one bothers me and I don't bother anyone. It's a very pleasant place to come home to."
