"We currently live here and have had a great experience so far. It took awhile to get the lease squared away, but it was because new management has came in. I believe the new management company has done a great job at revamping the property and keeping it clean. They have good hours as well and have been helpful when I needed to contact them. I would recommend as the rent for the area is below average and the stay is above average in my opinion. This is a good place to live"

"I have moved to this place very recently in the month of September 2023 and I am already in love with this place. Everything is maintained, very clean and a beautiful society, the leasing staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The maintenance requests are very promptly responded. There is a very beautiful walking trail just connected to this society. And also the facilities in terms of the gym, tennis courts are of the highest grade. All in all, I will recommend this society to anyone who is planning to move to Dublin in the near future."

"I moved into Britton Woods in Aug. of 2023 and have really enjoyed my time here so far. The new management is really responsive and the maintenance staff is awesome. When I moved in the place was clean, and I think the apartments are definitely worth the price. The tennis courts and walking trail are awesome and there’s plenty of parking. Grounds crew is also constantly working hard to keep the place looking well kept. The apartments aren’t brand new and could use a few updates but I the new management staff already has plans in place for that and does a really great job communicating the schedule of it to the tenants. Would recommend to anyone looking for good management and a great price for a well located apartment."

"I'm a new resident to the Britton Woods community and I'm very happy. My initial tour was informative and the application process was simple and quick. I was pleasantly surprised that the pictures on the website accurately represented this complex. If you are looking for an apartment, you know that is not always the case. Since we moved in, the management company has been so friendly and quick to help with maintenance needs and answer my questions. I'm also impressed with how well they take care of the grounds and they are working to continuously improve the complex and apartments and keep residents informed and engaged. I give Britton Woods a big thumbs up!"

"Do not live at Britton woods, there are a lot of great other options in the area, and the price does not justify how my roommates and I were treated there. It is worth noting that much of my experience was under old management, but from what I saw of new management before I moved out, they were not much better. When we moved in the entire apartment was smoke stained, along with disgusting carpets that were not replaced. This issue was only rectified after we moved in and had to move our stuff all around so everything could be repainted and recarpeted. During our two year time there, every single one of our appliances, along with heating and cooling broke at least once, with most breaking twice. When we submitted maintenance requests, it would take weeks sometimes months to address them, and when maintenance finally showed up, more often then not the issue would not be fixed, then marked as completed, resulting in us being bumped back to the bottom of the waiting list no matter how many times I tried to explain that the original issue was not resolved. One time, because our dryer was not installed properly, when the door of the dryer touched the door of the fridge a small explosion occurred because of a huge buildup of static electricity, melting a hole in both the dryer and the fridge. At the end of the summer before we moved out, I informed the office that our AC was broken, but because the cool weather was approaching, it wasn’t going to be taken care of till it got hot again, however, it was not fixed until after we left the apartment, almost a full year later, even though I reminded them about it numerous times. Several months before we left, the current management took over, and I was hopeful that they would fix the issue, as well as a new issue with our dryer, but that was not the case, and we left without those things ever getting fixed. Additionally, when we left the apartment, the system tried to charge us for another full months rent when we only owed a few days, because apparently it “can’t prorate rent.” I was never called about this issue by new management, and I could not get in contact with them about it, despite calling 17 times. It was not until I had a friend who still lived in the area physically go to the apartment complex for me and have them call me that I was able to resolve the issue, and even then I had to mail a check to them because their system is apparently unable to charge anything but a full months rent electronically. There’s plenty of other incidents that I have not mentioned in this review, but now that you have read this review, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Edit: After being out of the apartment for three or so months they are trying to charge us $3300 for an “improper notice fee” two months after our lease expired even though I’ve already paid an entire full months rent for giving 30 days notice rather than 60 days!"
