"This property is amazing. The exterior, interior, and amenities are excellent. Extremely well kept and great apartment views. Very homey and high-end. The leasing agent Macey is extremely nice and welcoming. She has done a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations with helping me throughout my application and move-in process. I recently moved in and and have been very impressed with the leasing staff service, which adds to the overall high quality of the apartment complex. "We absolutely love our apartment, and our decision to renew it was an easy one. The standout feature for us is the dog park. The staff in the front office, especially Macey, has always been incredibly welcoming and helpful. The high-end appliances in our apartment are a real luxury, and the maintenance team's prompt and hassle-free service has been an amazing addition. We also appreciate the wonderful events the apartment complex hosts throughout the year, making it feel like a real community. "Since moving to Cortland Dublin in June 2023 I’ve enjoyed my stay. From the beginning of the application process, The leasing consultant, Macey, was Knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. She made the process very easy and provided updates in real time. The community is well kept and Very quiet. The only downside for the community is that the trash compactor is very far and that there is limited parking at night time. Most nights I have to park my car over 1000 to 2000 feet away. Other than that, I plan to stay for many years to come"
"Honestly the best apartment community I've ever lived in. It's quiet, well maintained, and well managed. They're very transparent and communicate well about updates, additions or improvements. They often host little events or special days to stop in the office for goodies. Macey is an absolute gem. She's always so sweet and helpful whenever I pop in. I truly have no complaints about this community. Easy 5 stars"
"Moved here last month! The community is really nice and peaceful. The apartments are also quite clean. Macey really helped us through the entire moving in process. She made it really smooth. As we were moving in from a different state, she helped us virtually and provided us with a virtual tour as well. Its been really good so far!"
