"I lived here for three years and had a mostly ok experience aside from a rat infestation in the dumpsters (which are 15 feet from most apartments) and the fact that they charge you for valet trash (even though you live 15 feet from a dumpster and also uses a company that “forgets” to come to your apartment when you try to take advantage of this amazing service). The amenities are disgusting (gym, pool-just dirty!), there is limited parking, and snow management is non existent. The management is unprofessional and uninterested in doing anything more than selling you an over priced apartment. My heat went out in my unit for 3 months and not a single thing was done. Even with all of these things I still mostly enjoyed my time at karric place (great location) but it is important to note, karric place will do you so dirty and will SEND YOU TO COLLECTIONS for any repairs needed for your apartment after moving out. They do not require a deposit and I needed my carpets replaced due to normal wear and tear. Karric place made NO ATTEMPT (even after giving them a forwarding address!!!!) to contact me to settle this debt and immediately went to collections on this before coming to me to discuss possible payment options. I’m not one to write negative reviews, but with my stay at Karric place now affecting my credit score, I would like to warn everyone!"

"I don’t recommend move to Karric place , the administration is poor ! Poor management, poor communication, they don’t take care of the people , I live there for 2 years and the stuff is ugly and old , when we ask for maintenance they never assisted,several problems associated with electrical devices like Ac,kitchen stuff,stove, microwave,garbage disposable, ecc . we can’t never use the dishwasher because it doesn’t work , last time we contact maintenance service to check the garbage disposal they take 6 days they never came . Mishandling of garbage, rats at the dumpsters, sometimes 3 weeks with the dumpsters full of garbage,Think twice until you sign for a lease ."

I have interacted with all the office staff at some point, and I wish I knew their names to personally thank each of them for their assistance. This is a great place to call home!"

"The WORST renting experience so far. Chatting with my attorney for solutions! Long story in short: unsafe, lost our bicycle in the second week after moving in, being stalked by one creepy neighbor, called police twice for safety concern, asked support from leasing office for safety concerns and has been questioned “how could we help you, none of our business” and been turned away; decided to break my lease and paid around $2000 buy-out fee to move out of this terrible and unsafe community. I cleaned my apartment pretty well and took pictures for each room before returning my keys to the leasing office. Received their move-out statement today with a $250 “cleaning” fee and NO DETAILS saying what they did clean. Compare to three years ago, my friend who used to live here, received the move-out statement by email from a prior manager (prior management team) with pictures and reasons for their cleaning charge. My friend barely cleaned his apartment before his moving out, and the prior management team only charged him $65, which makes sense and sounds kindly. In my case, no details!!! No pictures for their charge!! Also! I cleaned my apartment very carefully!! Called leasing office for more information and what the guy mentioned “mirror is dirty” “refrigerator is dirty” ”bathroom sink is dirty” are definitely wrong. Because I have pictures of how clean they are!!!! Look at these photos! I also have a witness for how clean my apartment looks like and how good it smells like on the last day. The only place I didn’t clean pretty well is the oven. And I am definitely okay to pay for that!! But not $250!! I am turning all the evidence to my attorney and I’m not going to accept this unfair treatment from this evil company!! I will also request my attorney to send a letter to your mother company about how your bad management and the unreasonable charge has caused negative impacts on our life! For future residence, be careful! Don’t be fooled! Look at their google review rating! Two years ago, their rating is still around 3.0, and now, they are dropping down to under 2.0 after the change of their management team! All recent comments are pretty negative and all are about “management” and “staff”! Think about why!!!"
