"Renting isn't the way to go you could pay a mortgage payment with what you pay for rent"
"I don't live in Tyler's Creek and I would not want to live in a place that harbors trash. The tenants don't value the beauty of what they have. The buildings look really nice but there is trash EVERYWHERE!! The dumpster area is a complete mess. I believe the parents are making small children throw away trash and they cant reach the already overfilled dumpsters, they just end up putting the trash on the ground. Sorry to say, but I'm ashamed to invite people over, as they have to ride pass Tyler's Creek and get an eyeful. Not sure why its looks so bad, there are several other apts on that road that seems to do a good job at making sure their grounds are clean."
"I started the move in process by sending in the exact information and paperwork they needed and did all they asked, over and over. Once I sent one thing they needed more and after a month of them dragging out the process before I could move in, they ghosted me and never got back to me. I had already been approved and did everything right. They make it a very LONG and complicated process. If you’re looking to move in somewhere soon this is not the place for you. At all."
"The complex needs to enforce better safety measures in their parking lots the kids be running all around while the cars are coming in and out. The tenants need to keep the trash picked up in the complex outside. There are alot of ant and maintenance issues that need to be addressed the complex makes more than enough money to make sure the complex looks and is kept up to par."
