"This place has bed bugs DO NOT STAY HERE ! Checked in & 2 minutes after walking into my room I smelled the spray so I started searching for them & they were on the bed . I called the front desk & they came to the room offered me a refund or a regular standard room. When asking for the manager number I was told “I can’t give my people number out” if I’m asking for somebody HIGHER UP THAN A FRONT DESK WORKER AFTER I JUST FOUND BED BUGS & you can not provide a number not even a number for a cooperate office that is a problem. That’s foul to intentionally know you have bed bugs & rent out rooms to ppl. Sending them home with forever bugs !"

"Excellent service! The rent is a little high, but you get what you pay for. Room service, supplies offered to guests, free continental breakfast offered daily, guest laundry open 24/7. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Do not go! The whole place is so scary. Rooms are filthy and smelly. Not a safe place to live. The room cleaning lady stole my important papers when I was at work. When I reported to Manager David, he cared least and did not even care to apologize. I checked out early and the refund did not appear till a week later. And they charged more than my confirmation rate. At checkout David did not answer any of my questions regarding refund. The washer dryer in the hotel does not work. So I had to go out. The Hallway smells so bad. Very unprofessional staff. Everyone smokes outside, right at the front door. The place and staff needs a total remake. Would not even give 1 star!"

"Stopped here after deciding not to drive through the night. Often don't have good luck finding a reasonable cost place to flop for a few hours sleep. I cannot say enough how clean my room was (my greatest concern), the bed and linens were perfect, didn't need the en suite kitchen but it too was immaculate. The bathroom wasn't scary and dirty. The HVAC unit worked perfectly. All staff I interacted with were professional and friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my travels."
