Symmes Apartments and Townhomes

"Lived there mid 2019 to mid 2021. Great location, there's tons of walkable stuff to do. Cute apartment style and property well kept. Rent was cheaper compared to other neighborhoods closer to Cincinnati. Never had any infestations. Awesome management and maintenance. Did have a couple of weird and stressful maintenance issues but they were taken care of quickly and completely. One extremely noisy neighbor ended up being evicted fast to keep the peace for the rest of the residents. Only thing I didn't like about my experience was having to go all the way across the apartment complex to get to the laundry machines. And there is no Karen at the front desk as claimed by a different review. Theresa went out of her way to try to get the complex updated the whole time I was there."

"We had mice the entire time we lived there after maintenance coming to treat the issue at least 5 times with no results. It was the most disgusting experience of my life. Always bugs and mice. We never invited guests over in fear that they’d see something. We had the joy of finding him on move-out day."

"Was trying to see a unit, but nobody answers the phone, when you call music eventually plays and then it hangs up. Went by and the only way to see an apartment is to do the application with fees first. I have to give this low stars due to having to pay for something I'm not sure I'll want. I'll gladly raise the star level should this policy change. Covid or not, It's not a car, it's a possible home."

"You do not hear horror stories about landlords not caring and this place is great. I hope you get an apartment here, they ALWAYS answer. Very kind whenever they talk to you. The maintenance man came to my apartments at 1 am to help out with a clogged drain and that shows that they are dedicated to help. Best possible place to live. The apartments are nice inside and out , customer service is available until 6 pm because they care, and you know what, I'd rather live here than in a dumpster in hell.....LIVE.....HERE....."

"You hear horror stories about landlords not caring and this place is classic. good luck trying to even get an apartment here, they NEVER answer. Very rude whenever they talk to you. The maintenance man called my fiance after we moved out, being very rude saying we didnt pay last months rent. Worst possible place to live. The apartments are dirty inside and out, no customer service available because they dont care, and you know what, I'd rather live in a dumpster in hell than to ever even go back into their parking lot. DO.....NOT.....LIVE.....HERE....."
