"We checked in Saturday afternoon and the service was amazing. I feel awful that I don’t remember her name, but she was super nice, helped us get a rollaway bed, even made sure it was setup and brought us fresh bedding and extra towels. Best service I have had at a hotel. Definitely recommend staying here!!!"
"Nice rooms location with secluded the sound of the train was pleasant and the foot traffic upstairs, quieted down after certain hour we had a great experience overall, and would recommend this place for others"
"We planned on using the gym every morning. It was dirty. They had a sign posted saying they provide disposable earbuds - they had none out and had none when you asked at the desk. They also had no cups at the cooler for water in the gym. When asked, they gave out one cup instead of replacing the supply in the gym for everyone to use. There was no hot water in our shower, only in the sink. We waited 12 hours for them to fix it. It was very inconvenient since we wanted to shower before our business appointments. The included breakfast was good and they kept it fresh and topped up, and the food area and tables were clean. The room was spacious. The location was good in relationship to the appointments we had. We come regularly to Cincinnati for business but will not be staying at this hotel again."
"I’ll definitely stay here again, staff friendly, location great - near many restaurants eat in and take out. Breakfast was great, nice pool! But upholstered chairs and carpet in bedrooms should be cleaned or replaced. Otherwise the mattress was comfortable and a good nights sleep is key! Thank you Holiday Inn Express! JZ Clark"
"Light had a long blond hair stuck to what looked like bloody finger prints on the shade. Walls were like paper. I had to slam the door because it wouldn't close otherwise. Apparently our door wasn't the only one, based off the slams all night long. See paper walls above. Bed sloped from edge to middle. I hate that. The room AC was great."
