"This place is trashy, TWO shootings in the last year one right by the playground. ROACHES all over the 1454-1458 buildings they won’t fix anything unless it’s major and even then you have to remind them constantly. They raise rent at least 65 a month now and it’s over 1,000 for shootings leaks and roaches. Lady in the office always has an attitude. THERES WAY BETTER THAN THIS POLISHED POS UPDATE my refrigerator went out on a Sunday well I guess Saturday night but I woke up Sunday in my fridge was out all my food was beginning to spoil. They only had one maintenance man on-call so I myself had to help him replace my refrigerator on my day off of work, the refrigerator I put in was a brand new refrigerator. I’ve lived here for four years makes sense. You’ll take care of someone like that however, whenever I return from home the following day, a whole different used refrigerator was in its place. They did not call me or anything they entered. My place of residence touched my belongings put my cheese in the freezer for some reason and never even called me again to let me know that they were going to be us. This place is terrible. They will go through your belongings without telling you by the way."

"I've lived at Camelot for about six months and I still love it! From the pools in the summer, beautiful fall walks to seeing the residents decorations for Halloween and Christmas, I love it. My apartment has become my favorite place to be. The residents still continue to be some of the friendliest!"

"It’s been a great experience with Camelot east apartments so far . I just love the maintenance team, they always get the job done right and in a timely manner! The only problem is the carpets in the hallways are old and super dirty especially the 5254 block. This can be a huge red flag for incoming residents. I’m pleading with management to do their due diligence. Other than that I love it here and will continue to live here thanks !"

"This place is a dump. I feel like I live in the ghetto. Old outdated unit at premium price with a huge mice problem. The pictures and language online don't reflect the unit. Don't walk run away from this place! Over 10 maintenance requests the day I moved in. But don't take my word for it enjoy the pictures. Everything is crusty and all the blemishes are just painted over it's pretty disgusting looking. I hate I didn't see this unit before renting it. I'm on a never-ending episode of Punked"

"Lived here 12 years - only a few years ago did some "makeovers" happen to update kitchens and bathrooms. Maintenance requests are quickly answered and the office staff is great! I like being in the older buildings - solid - soundproof. The only con is living in a 1 bedroom apt in the City Of Fairfield - paying taxes . :("
