"Pool and hot tub were shut down and no manager was available to talk to about the issue. No compensation was given for it. We were there for a volleyball tournament and none of the girls were able to use the pool and hot tub during their down time. We will not come here again."
"Could have been 5 stars… If the pool area had been open or at least the website informed you it was out of service indefinitely since the past few months have reference the pool closed. I have read other complaints regarding the pool being closed and wonder how long it has been closed because "a guest spilled something in it"."
"The rooms and breakfast were good. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the hottub due to the pool maintenance. I went to the front desk to ask the receptionist whether we could use the hottub. I explained to her that we booked this hotel because of the hottub. She explained that though the hottub was working but due to the pool's maintenance, nobody could use the facility due to the rule implied. I told her that it was a disappointment but she kept saying it was a rule. Ok. Maybe, she could suggest the manager some sort of compensation or something."
"Typical of a Hilton branded property. Easy to navigate layout, clean rooms and comfortable beds, close to great dining options and conveniently located across from a Kohls and Bass Pro shop. Just perfect!"
