Timber Hollow Apartments

"This community is unsafe. My car was broken into last night and two of the windows were busted out, there is very little lighting in the parking lot. I have lived here for less than a year, and this is not the first time this has happened in this parking lot during that time. I live alone, and I don’t feel safe at night or in the morning when it’s dark because there is such poor lighting in the lot. The apartments themselves, at least the one beds, are also overpriced and not worth what you pay. The office staff is also impossible to get ahold of, the call center is outsourced and can’t actually help you with anything, and when you do go into the office to talk to someone in person, they are incredibly rude. I have never had a good experience with the office staff here. In fact, I often walk out in tears. I was served an eviction notice my first month here because of a mistake the office made, and they had no remorse whatsoever. They don’t care about their residents, we’re just numbers on a spreadsheet to them. Worst community I have ever lived in. If I had the means to move when my lease is up, I would, but unfortunately everything near my place of employment is just as overpriced and awful as this. Everything has been bought up by these companies who are exploiting the working class. But if you have the option, don’t live here."

"I have had the pleasure of living here at Timber Hollow for 2 years now and love my apartment! My neighbors are quiet and friendly and grounds are kept clean. Maintenance is quick to respond to my work orders and the ladies in the office have been very kind during the duration of my stay. I would highly recommend Timber Hollow Apartments to anyone."

"I have lived at Timber Hollow multiple times over the last few years. I have had great experiences. I moved for work when I left a couple years back and when I was transferred back I didn't even look anywhere else. When I walked in and saw some of the same people in the office and maintenance I knew I would be happy there again... and I am. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly and everyone is really nice."

They also have a wonderful maintenance staff who is quick and willing to help with any needs! 10/10 recommend timber hollow!"

"Horrible people to rent from they have a serious mice infestation. my home has been invaded with mice within the last 2 weeks maintenance already caught three mouse number four is laying dead on my kitchen floor stuck on black sticky pad October 13th 6:58 p.m. called maintenance 6 times today maintenance &property manager is completely ignoring me and the mice issue and refused to come and get their 4thdead mice out of my kitchen apartment. UNBELIEVABLE! Look at fiol on plug panel. That's how mice got into my apartment. Timber Hollow careless maintenance department. Check other Google reviews. Timber Hollow is leaving a dead mouse in my apartment for a entire weekend of Oct 13,14 and 15 for me to get sick smelling filthy mice odor. Talk about elder abuse. These are timber hollow mice not mine. I am pist and sick over this and paid rent. Please make this go viral. Somebody please put a stop to this living in deplorable conditions. I called Butler county board of health. Timber Hollow refuse to allow me to contact another pest control company to come remove dead mice number 4. Can't believe these horrible monsters that manage this awful complex is going to leave me living all weekend in my apartment with dead mice."
