WoodSpring Suites Cincinnati Fairfield

"I recently booked a room at woodspring suites. I checked into the hotel right before 9:00 p.m. I showered and lay down to go to sleep. It was extremely cold in the room. The heat would not work. I turned it all the way up as high as I can get it to go and it still did not work. It was blowing out nothing but cold air. I had to turn it off completely. It was so cold in my room that I put my clothes back on to go to sleep because even the bedding was not warm. They only provide you with a spring time or summertime comforter on top of the bed. When I complain to the manager about there being no heat, they simply told me that maintenance would fix it after 8:00 a.m. being that check out is at 11:00 a.m. that does not help me as a customer. There is also a very weird smell that is permeating inside the room, similar to cat piss. There's also no lamps. You have to get out of bed and turn lights off by the door. The door bolt to secure the door is also broken off. This place isn't doing there jobs."

"I'M ACTUALLY AT THE WOODSPRING SUITES BEEN HERE GOING ON TWO WEEKS NOW. I'VE READ THE REVIEWS AND JUST LIKE ANY HOTEL IT'S GONNA BE SOME TYPE OF PROS AND CONS. I'VE BEEN TREATED GREAT SINCE I'VE BEEN HERE DAILY. GLENNA THE GM HAS WENT OUT HER WAY FOR ME WHEN I NEED SOMETHING ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHERS THAT ARE WORKING HERE. I DEFINITELY WOULD COME BACK ESPECIALLY IF I COULD GET THE SAME ROOM THE VIEW OUT MY WINDOW IS ALSO AMAZING. HANDS DOWN THEY ALL DESERVE A RAISE EVEN THE REGIONAL MANAGER THAT I HAVE MET SINCE I HAVE BEEN HERE I SEE HE IS REALLY ABOUT HIS BUSINESS ALSO."

"If I could give zero stars I would. First the pictures of the rooms online are not accurate. I rented the room for 2 nights while working in the city. The room was INFESTED with roaches and bedbugs. There was actual poop in the hallway, the shower rod was barley hanging on the wall, the air/heat unit was filthy, when I turned the TV on roaches come running out from underneath it, roaches were crawling all over the walls, there was no blanket on the bed, when I pulled the mattress out underneath it was so nasty and disgusting. The hotel was so noise I could not hear the TV or sleep. This is a hotel for people to live in on a regular basis is what it seems like. Kids were riding bikes up and down the halls all night, music playing really loud, one woman was arguing about her drug dealer not being able to get there quick enough. I listed to that for hours. Unfortunately I did not drive here and the other hotels in walking distance were all booked! Please beware before staying here. I have pictures but having issues posting them. Staff was no help at all. They pretty much told me I get what pay for that’s why the room is so cheap."

"This place is full of roaches. I saw them the first day of a 7 day stay and had to leave because of this. Management agreed to refund for the 6 days and never did. Have called numerous times to have them fix the refund and they still have not. Stay away!"

"My company puts me in motels and hotels around the United States and I have to say this hotel is close to the bottom. Lights hanging from the ceiling outlets not even fastened to the electrical box plus no face plate, shower curtain rod is hanging by two screws so the shower curtain won't even stay closed. Shower head is so corroded with calcium it's green and only has a small stream of water coming from it. Broken and bent chair No towels bath mat wash clothes and even no toilet paper. Thank God I've learned to carry my own stuff But really not even the basic amenities I mean wow!!!!!!!"
