"I've been a resident at Cobblestone for over 4 years and I've enjoyed my experience. What I've been more impressed with is the extra mile they'll go to make sure you're taken care of. I recently had an issue with the payment portal where I my payment did not process due to a system error. I was able to speak with the property manager there, Jessica McCall, and was able to provide e-mail receipts showing I made my payment on time. Thanks to her, she was able to get the late fee waived for me. That is great service and what everyone should look for when searching for a new apartment home!"

"Update: A little over a year has gone by since my last review and guess what?? Same thing is happening again… The family of 17 moved out above me but they moved another family of 10 above me. Same thing as last time, music at all hours of the night, screaming, stomping, running, etc. Called the police a few times at about 12:30am on a Wednesday and the police officer had the audacity to say “music wasn't unbearable” on the police report... at 12:30am?? Really?? Anything at that hour on a weekday is unbearable. I have many videos and noise complaints that I have taken to the office but they still live above me. Was offered a transfer and that fell through. I asked them why they keep offering me a transfer but never offer them one and they told me “no because they will not be doing that to anyone else” so they are completely fine with that happening to me? Got it. I have several videos of the noise over the last week and half and I have not been able to contact anyone about it. The resident above me made a review about the last apartment they were in and they were complaining about the noise and the stomping and the music at all hours of the night but they are doing the same thing to me right now and have been for the last 4-5 months. I know after I post this, the property manager will comment back saying “We are so sorry to hear about your concerns. Please contact us at blah blah blah” but like i said before… the property manager won't answer the phone when I call. So instead of trying to solve my problems internally, I will be taking my concerns to higher management."

"My ceiling has been raining for days because my upstairs neighbors water heater busted. My walls have bubbled paint and the carpet is starting to smell. Maintenance keeps saying they'll come out today but they never do. Also the office told me the wrong amount to pay and months later added new charges on my account for almost $1k. This was unexpected and I didn't have the money, and I almost got evicted. Despite it being their error, they refused to waive late fees. I've paid almost aGrand in late fees for their error. As many other reviews say, the apartment they have you tour looks nothing like the real apartments. Theyre poorly insulated, the AC and heat sucks, and they never clean the common areas."

"We lived here for 2 1/2 years, we loved the place at first and had no complaints other than the pool being closed. We understood because of problems happening why it was closed so no big deal. But my problem is when we moved out and got our final bill they charged us for 5 days of rent when we moved out on time and I have proof!! They charged us for water, trash, and pest control from august to the middle of September when it was paid with august rent and Septembers rent. They charged us for damage that were there when we moved in and never was fixed. I have called every day since receiving and I am being told management is out and will get ahold with me. This is ridiculous. I have never in my life had any of these problems before. It’s very unprofessional that I have yet to receive a call. And I feel like they are trying to get over on people who try to move out. The fees are ridiculous and make no sense! They never did a walk through with us or gave us anything to fill out at the end of our lease like other places in the past. When I called to ask how they get my new address they said oh yeah you were suppose to fill out a paper. I explained they never gave it to us and they said oh can you come in and fill it out. The manager emailed me for my address just to send me a crazy bill that didn’t make any sense at all!!"
