"Just came from Best Buy North Olmsted. We were shopping for an upgrade to our existing modem and for a small smart tv for our kitchen. We were helped by two young men, both were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They even saved us some money by signing us up for My Best Buy Plus. These days customer service is lacking in many places but not here! We appreciate the time they took to make sure we were buying what we wanted and needed. "Very bad customer service. I was waiting there to get some help to buy a phone. Unfortunately, all they said is we will get someone to help you but this someone is him. Escaping from help this is what they do. Hopefully we will see some change in the future . Supervisors, managers need to fix this."
"The customer service was fantastic. I was trying to find a specific hard drive for my computer and when it wasn't found on the shelf, one of the workers kept looking for almost 45 minutes until we found the part. He could've easily given up at the beginning but he went out of his way to help me out. 5/5 isnt a high enough rating for how much Bradley helped me out."
