"I had a mishap with a delivery. At first I was angry that our delivery was delivered to the wrong house. I visited the store and eventually talked to the manager, Amy. And Wow, was I shocked. First of all she was kind and compassionate. After I explained the problem and she realized that the picture of the delivery posted on her site didn’t match the previous deliveries with the same address, she immediately contacted the regional office. She called me each day to update me as to each and every step and walked me through the process. I was not left guessing. In two days she resolved the issue. Amy exemplifies what customer service should be. She listened to my problem, she asked my questions to ensure she fully comprehended the situation, she swiftly acted in a professional matter to resolve the issue and most importantly communicated with me every step of the way.
