"The office is scamming people for application fees where they took the money and never give you an answer. This is my story with Alexa as she name herself. She took the application fees and said after two weeks of asking her what is the answer she decided to say you are denied!!!? when I asked her why she said I can't tell you right now and you will receive mail saying why. I never received the mail as she was lying and after that I just started receiving bunch of scammers emails and phone calls."
"This is a great community. I love that everything is clean and well taken care of. It is a safe place that is always protected by security. In addition, they are extremely fast at the time to help the residents with any inconvenience at the units. I really recommend this place."
"Don't move here.. Office personal are very unprofecional and rude.. they are always right and disrespect residents... very racist place... If you are a red neck you will be fine and I put one star because there is nothing lower They don't deserve even one.... Lol... be looking Some of the reviews.... and I'm not the onlyone thinking the way I think... but looking the answers the Owner is more Unprofecional and racist than you all."
"Garbage customer service. The owner asked us to apply through the HOA, after we did the HOA asked us to contact the Owner to hear about the approval. The owner had to asked them again about the application. They have to email us about the result. When I try to call them many times, No one pick up the phone."
"Moved Here Earlier this year and it’s been amazing. Office staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. Jennifer, Amanda and Alexa always respond to their emails and phone calls immediately and you never have to wait for a response. I have not had any major issues with my apartment but anything I needed done the office staff is very helpful and quick. The maintenance workers are also extremely friendly and helpful and make you feel as if you are friends and they always Leave your house with the issue solved. Living here is great and the office staff is extremely friendly. I’m not sure why there are 1 star reviews but I would assume it is from people not following rules and receiving consequences as I have never had an issue. I definitely recommend Heritage key."
