"I am writing this review 4 years later, having lived here for about 5 years. Be aware that things may have changed since then. I liked living there, it was home to me, but I wouldn't choose to live there again. PROS: 1) No water bill. 2) Among the cheapest rent in town. CONS: 1) Warm water in shower, no hot water. 2) Mold problem going back years according to older reviews. After a shower there'd be mold around the AC vent in the bathroom ceiling. The AC filter would also get dirty twice as often as it normally should. 3) Maintenance personnel would enter the apartment without a written notice given beforehand. Sometimes there'd be a notice but most times not. 4) Once my AC unit was leaking and a maintenance person simply removed and plugged the water level sensor instead of fixing the issue. It leaked a couple more times before they bothered to replace the unit. 5) There's no assigned parking. There's also no record kept of resident vehicles, so someone could own 3 cars, take up all the spots in front of the apartment, and no one would know. I'd often have to park at a different building. No fun doing that in the rain. 6) Only one security camera and that's by the main office. A security guard worked there at nights part time but I only saw him maybe twice a week at most. Don't live here with a nice car. 7) In general the management was nice, but I had a bad experience moving out. The manager wouldn't let me find another roommate after the old one moved out. I explained carefully that I just wanted to recommend someone and have them go through the normal leasing process through management, but the manager said that would be subletting (it's not) and threatened to kick me out if I did. As a result I had to rely on the manager to find someone, which they weren't able to do, and I had to move into a different apartment with someone else. I was able to rent a room without being on the person's lease, which *is* subletting, although I guess since I was already a resident the management didn't consider this hypocrisy on their part. 8) The room I rented was dirty and I had to paint the walls myself. Meanwhile they had workers repaint my old apartment in preparation for new residents."

"I am very pleased moving here. Catina and Ivenette at the front office are very informative, compassionate, and truly care about their residents and needs. The maintenance men are very quick and efficient with a friendly smile. All the neighbors are very nice and respectful. The buildings inside and out are very spacious and clean. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for making this a great experience. My kids and I are very happy to be living here."

"I'm very happy with this complex. The maintenance guys are nice and get the work orders done in a timely manner. Catina is the sunshine that lights up the office. It was a pleasure meeting with her to go over the lease and paperwork. My only advice is to make sure your vehicles are up to date on registration because our car got towed for our registration being a day late! I found this isn't management but rather a tow company comes around and looks for "money"."
