"We have lived here just shy of 7 months and we are absolutely happy. The staff is absolutely amazing from Management, Assistant Management and the Assistant are all amazing ladies. The Maintenance Technicians Tony & Bill are also wonderful! We have always been treated fairly and kind. The apartments are beautiful and the pool is always gorgeous. The grounds are kept clean and hallways are also cleaned on the regular. For the most part everyone I’ve met as far as the residents have also been very nice. We love it here. Thank you to all the staff at Dunedin Commons and Westdale Management who have made our first 6 months here in Florida amazing. Carla & Cubs ❤️"
"Tony Tran is awesome! The property maintenance expert quickly identified my issue with the AC and refrigerator. He made a plan to fix my problem and followed up exactly as he state. In addition to being exceptional at his job, I met Tony when I first moved in and he make my experience at this property exceptional! I cannot thank Tony enough!"
