"This is odd..last year around this time I was looking for this website and couldn't find one..Anywho..I lived there for about 10 months during covid..My daughter and I moved out bc we were a month behind from Covid and they suggested we leave instead of eviction(back then they couldn't do it of course) so I made arrangements with the managers at the time to leave and this would not go on my credit if I made payments every month..for the 2 months left on the lease...guess what 2 years later..this is on my credit for 7,0000..absolutely ridiculous..yes I had this set up to take payments out of my account monthly and no payments were taken out. I reached out and no phone call back...This is not right.."

"This place is an absolute ripoff. They require 4 times the monthly rent. HA! Right, like if I made that, I'd be trying to live in this place? Decent sized rooms but the kitchen is so small it's laughable. It's literally the size of a small closet. Also their application fee is around $220, which is absolutely asinine. Corporate greed is astounding."

"My family and I lived there for almost 3 years and it’s the best apartment complex I ever lived in within my 17 years in Florida. Management was amazing, they even got a gift for us when our son was born and always had treats for my dog when I brought her into the office. You can go in to ask them anything and they are always extremely friendly. Maintenance is the best. Anytime I had any issue they came out right away to solved it. We rented a 3 bedroom and only moved out bc our family is growing and we work remote so we are running out of place but I would highly recommend this complex to anyone."

"We moved in two weeks ago and can't say enough good things about Eric, Kerri and Eli. They have gone out of their way to accommodate our needs and handle maintenance issues and questions. Also the neighbors have all been friendly in welcoming us to the neighborhood. We are quite happy with our move to Contempo Lane apartments"

"I love living here. The staff Tiffany, Kerri, Bryan and Manny are very nice and helpful. They are quick to respond to your requests or anything else for that matter. The complex has been and still is being renovated and updated. New windows and sliding glass doors. It is convenient to everything: the beach, downtown Dunedin, the mall , Starbucks is even in front of the property. Will be staying for a long time.♥️"
