"Good place to go"
"1. Huge management turn over, at least 5 times in the last 12 months. 2. Very hard to get hold of any one. No one in the office answer the phone. 3. Gated community is a joke. Gates are wide open at least 10 hours a day coz staffs don't want to answer phone when guest dail at gate, so management left open the gate open during office hours. Management is put the community and residents in safety risk. 4. Community is not up keeping, maintenance staffs not follow thru, lights been broken for more the 6 months. Gate entrance been left wide open for year. 5. The list goes on ..."
