"Hello, I am a parent in this complex and my child goes to school in the back but for some reason you guys locked the gate in the back? My child and other children from this complex use that gate instead of walking on the sidewalk next to cars. Theres also a nice trail connected in the back so why is the gate locked instead of being repaired ? Ive also seen the kids try and just get over the fence since they dont want to walk all the way around the complex. This is a safety ìssue, can the gate be fixed instead of barricading it ?"
"We recently moved into a one bedroom apartment here at Arium, and I have to say the whole experience has been flawless. The application process was very simple and I got a response right away, since I was not familiar with leasing an apartment, the staff was very kind and assisted me every time I had a request for clarification. We can tell the property has gone through significant improvements. In particular, thank you Liz for the kind and diligent treatment during our application and during our move in. Thanks to the maintenance staff for answering our calls on time."

"I was a previous resident of this community and although the renovated apartments are cute, major issues were yet to be addressed. Roach infestation no matter how clean your apartment in. They come in the vents/outlets and any cracks. I actually had to screen all my vents to try to control some of it. Leaks in the master bedroom. It was honestly the absolute worst year living there. I see they are yet again under new management and all I can say is, a face lift is not going to fix the major issue pest infestation that’s going on in there. New Exterior - Old Bones. My apartment was spotless and it was embarrassing to host a gathering and have a roach running across your wall from an AC vent. When the reviews say there’s and issue - BELIEVE THEM. My apartment was immaculate (photos to prove)"
