"0 stars... future renters be aware. They will force you out even if you pay rent on time just to bring in new renters at higher rents per month. They should be improving the inside of each and every apartment instead of wasting money on painting the exterior. Stupid management."

"Almost did not rent because of the reviews, but I am glad I followed my gut feeling and did. They promised my unit would be ready at a certain date and thankfully it was. All looked nice and taken care of and the staff treated me amazing with lots of respect and followed up the next day after my move in. Great choice of color for the buildings by the way! This community is a perfect example of "don't judge a book by its color.""

"If I could give ZERO stars to this place I definitely would! I saw availability for this apartment complex on zillow and decided to have someone in close proximity do a walk through since I’m out of state. He was told that all the apartments look like the model one he saw, the only difference is that there is new management and they will keep washers and dryers of previous owners if in good condition. I called myself and asked as well because he saw the 2bd 2bth and I was interested in the 2bd 1bth and I was told as well that it looked the same, the only difference is that there isnt a bathroom attached to the master bedroom. I then applied because it did look good inside and so when I asked to see my unit I was told it needs to be vacated and I can see it on Dec 31st when the previous owners leave. When I got pictures on January 2nd which were intentionally taken at an angle to not see much, I realized the lies that I was previously told. I then spoke to the manager who said the apartment wasnt ready yet and so she will do a thorough walk through and give me an update by end of day. I still haven’t received that call to this day so I requested my money back. I was told that I cannot get it back because my application was already approved! To this day I still can’t speak to the manager KARLA. Her associate Karla keeps making excuses for her saying she can’t call me back because she is “busy.” Karla the manager is very UNPROFESSIONAL with a horrible attitude. Also, I realize my number was blacklisted. They only pick up when I call from a different number. So long story short, save yourself the headache and DO NOT RENT HERE!"

"When I had a private landlord, this place was absolutely perfect. But an agency bought it out and the management company has been very difficult to work with. I appreciate the ability to stay here on the same amount of rent for the first year under their management but once rent was raised, I asked them about the changes that would be made and it has just been a lot of miscommunication and empty promises. This place has a lot of potential but with love and care. The love and care must come from the team taking over before they can expect tenants to recommend or leave a good review. Business is business but what would that mean if it was built on pretty little lies? I’m sure we have all heard “there’s more than what meets the eye”. Painting the buildings and adding a gate that doesn’t work won’t make this place worth staying here. Raising the rent and having tenants deal with chipping paint, pest control issues, mildew in the pipes seems a bit immoral. Especially when there has been nothing but communication and transparency. Didn’t want to leave a bad review because over and over there has been long conversations and what I thought was understanding but to open an eviction case without notice after stating everything will be in good standing as long as that is continued is very misleading and creates false hope as effort and hard work is being done. The lack of communication from the office has only created a bigger hole for me as a tenant. They hired additional staff to deal with enclosed holes in walls and cabinets with water damage and appliances that won’t work properly. I could easily take legal action and with all the other things neighbors have told me, it can be held against this place."

"Horrible move in experience! For all the money you pay for this bldg they cant organize the receiving room at all- so lame! Sent away trucks of college kids' stuff day after day - because they were too understaffed and lazy to try to accommodate move in week. - -also NO AC in bldg what a rip off. Only star was Cole! Our leasing agent saved us. Cascade apts get your -act together! Looks like a 4 star - reality is a dump with NO services"
