"I’ve been a resident of Cortland Hunters Creek and it’s the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in my entire years of renting. They are quick with reviewing applications, prompt with issuing approvals, provides an initial walkthrough with you in your new home, makes you feel welcome almost as if this was a house. The amentities are amazing! My favorite is the gym! The homes, absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and modern. I’ve encountered a few issues like mildew growth during the summers, sudden roach infestation that steadily grew. While these are two things that apartments can’t escape, the management and maintenance swift replies and action plan to solve my issues made it far less anxiety ridden. Another issue. After a year and a half of living here, our gate suddenly stopped working which caused a major issue with having guests, deliveries, and more. I’ve heard that this has become an issue across all cortland properties that I hope they can come to a fix soon or at least let us know that they’re struggling to find an issue. It appears to be yet another problem, far beyond their control. Areas of improvement can be notifying us of sudden maintenance in our apartment as a result of neighbors within a reasonable timeframe, notifying us that some issues just can’t be resolved at the moment, and bringing a more supportive environment for residents as it we’re during the pandemic. I wanted to be as through with my review because I truly hate reviews that don’t really share a residents experience"
