"I really love living at this apartment complex. I have almost no complaints! The staff are super nice and I love walking around. However, I will say the water has a "smell" and it smells of strong chlorine. I have developed a rash from my skin being irritated from the water. I really hope they fix this!"

"I have never felt more at home in an apartment community. From seeing the leasing agents out walking after hours just vibing with residents off duty. The amenities are so much better than any other “luxury” complex in Orlando.. i feel like the staff almost knows everyone by name I know that’s wild to think but it sure does feel like it. The dog park don’t even get me started on how I have to drag my dogs out because they don’t want to leave because there is so much to explore. My pups even love the dog spa ( I think one knows treats are inside) but to have a dog wash on site is so helpful in Orlando heat and stinky puppies. Oh and don’t forget to stop and smell the flowers atleast that’s what Remy says"

"Couple of bumps along the way, moving in, but all in all the place is beautiful. The rooms are nice and spacious bathrooms are gorgeous. Kitchen is outstanding. Any amenities look like they will be great. Can’t wait for the barista to get there there."

"You won’t be disappointed if you move here. Best decision we made. Any property owned by NWR is going to be good. We used to live at solstice and moving out after the year was the biggest mistake we made! But luckily The Lucent opened up in time for us to be one of the first to move in. Casey, Amanda, Stephen, Sara and Jose have all been amazing. They all made the moving process simple and stress free. We’ve been here less than 4 weeks and in that time they have done 4 or 5 events. Which is more than our last apartment complex did in 12 months! The lazy river was one of the big incentives to move here besides the location being so close to everything you need. The amenities are 5*. If we could buy our apartment we would in a second because there’s no reason to want to move from here. It’s more like a hotel/resort than an apartment complex."
