"I have applied to move here recently and the customer service I got from the management has been noting but utter disrespect, fake promises. There needs to be a change in the management, and I have had issues before I moved in I can’t imagine what will happened after I sign the lease with this management. The layout and ect of the apartments is great but the people who run the operation needs more customer service experience. They are very good at sweet talking but don’t fall it I got out just in time I can’t imagine living there with that kind of management it’s such a great place but the management is not it. I’m glad I got out in time, I don’t think I would even be able to call the place my home if I lived there that’s how unreliable i felt the management is. This place can be a 5 star apartment complex genuinely, please change the staffing."

"The condo is amazing but i can’t say the same about the residents and the management. The residents leave cups around the condominium, garbage, vomit in the hallway, bags of food... the garbage stays on the floor for days until the cleaning team cleans it up, which doesn't always happen. If you live in this condominium, please be less disgusting and take your trash home with you."

"I have been living at Muse for about 5 months now and have to say that my experience has been better than I expected! The new leasing and maintenance team is awesome and always able to help so that's a big plus. Amenities are great and I am happy with the changes they've been making to better the community including the amenities hours. My son loves to play in the pool. Overall a great place to live and highly recommended."

"I have had issues in my apartment since I moved in. I submitted walk through paperwork that was then lost by The Muse. I did not understand the extent of my issues until some time later, which I also took care to report. I learned from my previous mistake and followed up on my requests, but they are still outstanding after a significant amount of time. I have waited over two weeks for a follow up from management, but to no avail. Even with robust documentation regarding one of my requests, I feel as if my requests for reasonable accommodation have unfortunately been allowed to slip through the cracks once again. I pay around $30 for a valet trash service that has not come in days. When I try to call the leasing office regarding this or other concerns, my call is almost never answered. I have to try to go in person for clarification, but apparently even that info does not hold up? I have confirmed trash pickup dates and inquired about other procedures, but it differs in practice. Update- I appreciated the quick follow up from the leasing office regarding this issue. They were sure to call and email me so I could further express my concerns. They are working toward a solution."

"I'm still in the beginning stages of getting an apartment here. It is a tad bit higher priced than my current apartment, but it's also a dump. From what I've seen with my own eyes at Muse is that the photos of all the common areas and amenities are spot on accurate. Keyla, who has been a zillion times more welcoming than the staff at the Palmetto apartments, showed me around and the place looks great. Everything looked nice and clean. She showed my the model unit of my floorplan and I LOVED the space. Paying the extra cash seems well worth it to me for what I'm going to gain. But this Keyla, she's been wonderful. After seeing her for the first time, I called a few days later and she remembered me and acknowledged it which made me feel like getting an apartment their will feel like a home. She's the only staff member I've met so far, and I hope the rest of them are as equally amazing as her. I hope I don't have to do a follow up review if I don't get the apartment. lol"
