"I applied and spoke with manager about that I had a small background but it’s been years since then, I maintain same job and asked before I pay for your application fees what exactly is the background check looking for because this is Florida and most poor people have been in jail thanks to harassing of cops lol well she understood and agreed but told me they only looking for violent acts which I have none and of course after calling for 2weeks straight finally got an answer saying I was denied for background which tells me they stole my money. Do NOT RENT HERE! They only looking for their” kind”of people . They don’t want to help anyone but their kind! Waste of time and money!"
"I have been living here for the past 3 years. Nice and safe place to live with a limited budget. The area is always clean and the staff is super friendly. Frank (the property manager) is the best, keeping a safe environment for all of us."
"WONDERFUL place to live! Property Owner Frank and Office Manager Maria are absolutely amazing!!! The rooms are very clean and in new condition. The complex is quiet and well lite at night. Location is close to everything. Very safe and enjoyable property! I love living here, I could not be happier!"
