"Nice place to live but I have only been here a year and already have had two rent raises " state rent raise" the pool hasn't been open since I been here and I have told them that my refrigerator is not working since maybe April here it is June and they haven't replaced it lately I am throwing out food because it goes bad."

"If this place seems too good to be true, it is. The communication here is completely atrocious! They misinformed my husband and I about their income restriction policy. Filled out the paperwork, paid all their requested fees, were placed on a wait list, called and offered an apartment - all in a months time - and when we went to turn in our completed paperwork they informed us that we did not qualify because my husband is Employed and NOT self-employed. What?! Where was that a month ago when we were inquiring and had asked about gross vs net? Where was that information when we were filling out paperwork, paid our fees and placed on a wait list? There is a reason why this place has such low ratings. I thought it was people just complaining over simple things, but with this experience, I realize this company is very poor in communicating proper information, taking your money and not returning it, and when asking as to why we were misinformed and given information a month after our inquiry, they decide to point fingers at others, instead of taking responsibility. I am complaining to Better Business Bureau."

"Definitely the way they serve and provide services, they should disappear from the map because they are so unfriendly and uninterested, that you are part of this community, if you can call it like that. The comments are not wrong to be such an unprofessional and poor staff of ethics. Remember that you provide customer service, not a headache. Have a wonderful day and remove it my email and my information from the long and eternal waiting list I definitely won’t be interested anymore in this property. Luckily I realized on time."

"I moved into here on Nov. 2018. And I have to say I love it here. I'm glad I moved here! The size of the apartment for what I am paying is amazing! I can't even find a 1 bedroom for the price I'm paying here for a 3/2. The maintenance guys are on top of things. They are new started about 2 years ago. So any of the reviews that say anything about that must be old. There are only two negative things but, nothing that should make u not want to move here. The stove is out dated. I would love to have a newer one but, not the end of the world. And parking is kinda a Hassel. Most time I have to park kinda far from my apartment. We did find two cockroaches when we 1st got here. But since then nothing. Also, I am Soo happy that I can hardly hear my neighbors. I have lived in to many apartments that I can hear everything. Like them opening and closing a drawer. But not here! It's pretty quiet. *Waring though*. Since this is an income based apartment. And the only one around here. The waiting list is kinda long. But, worth the wait."

"The apartment complex was good when I in in 2014 reasonable price, not good conditions apartment but you can live there. The thinks change in 2015 when in to work a horrible lady in the front office. She is really rude and a liar. The complex star to don't send the pest control like suppose so when you call for the invasion of roaches she answer try your self. Well anyways I live there so I take care of there. In the moment of moving for the apartment in September 2016. I pay the rent of the last month in September because I have to leave the apartment in the 30 of that month. She say you can move everything but you cant leave the apartment before the 30 if not you have to pay a penalty. I do what she wants, but one day the I am in work and my mother is in our new house she send a fraudulently inspection without ours in the apartment. She call me that day to tell me the is somethings the I have to fix before I moving and I know the have thing to fix but not to many. In the noon when I out of work I in the apartment to continue moving because I only have 2 days left. I smell something wrong what is my surprise to see my boxes open and a huge stink in the carpet. They ruined the carpet with sesame oil to make me pay for them and take my deposit. OK I give them the deposit maybe they needed more. But the lady lie telling my mom the I approve that inspection its completely disappointing. She swear the I have dog I don't know where she take that but is not real. By the way tell my mom the she is not honest is rude because she is a liar and we don't say nothing. Please don't go there. Stay away of this complex. Maybe they have cheap rent. but if I know all this going to happens I prefer pay a little more in order better place."
