"It's a good cheap hotel. It's clean, laminate floors (no moldy musty carpet), beds are fine. The staff is nice. Bring your own blankets or comforter, the blanket on the bed is kinda thin."

"No escalator, the staff is rude, and not willing to help. Some locals even offered to switch room, because I was not able to go up the stairs, and that decline. At the end birth the couple and I left, the shower me another place to stay and I forfeit the money I paid for the two nights I booked. Not even close to Disney. Lady there has no idea what customer service is. And there are hidden charges that you are aware AFTER BOOKING."
"Aravind at Monte Carlo inn and we were not aware of the $200. Dollars deposit they are charging to stay...Booking did not say anything about the $200. Deposit...and Booking will not help us and we don't have a room to stay in...God help them for doing this to people that do not know...."
