"I would give zero stars if I could, staff was okay, really bothers me is the lack of maintenance. This place is falling apart. They don’t even have room service. You have to request it. Its not what they used to be. Pool closes early. There’s no continental breakfast. It’s more than half empty I mean, I’ll be surprised if they’re still open a couple years from now."

"I will never be staying at this hotel ever again. My experience here was all bad. Both hot tubs not working, restaurant was not open, only 1 pool was heated. Had to switch rooms the doors would not lock anyone could just push the door open and walk in. The rooms had water damage and smelled like mold and musty. I seen roaches in my rooms. Had to get new rooms keys made mine stop working every day I waited in line for new keys for 90 minutes and I was next and she went outside for a cigarette break with 20 people in lobby waiting to get rooms. You have to request for room service if you need anything and they will get to you the next business day. I come to Florida 3 times a year and this is the worse experience I have ever had."

"This hotel is a dump. Badly laid out rooms with shabby furniture and cracked tiles. Slow 3mbs WiFi, No coffee maker - a basic in rooms. Room smelt of cigarette smoke, yet was supposedly non-smoking and they charge you a ‘Resort Fee’ for it!"

"Not crazy about this place considering all we went threw, clogged tub in first room, then switch to another room and ac didn’t work. Customer service wasn’t great either after dealing with all this at no point were we given an option to upgrade room or accommodate for all the inconvenience! Pool side for the kids was nice and the arcade. Was there for 10 days and not once did I see the restaurant open. Probably wouldn’t come back to this even though pricing was good."
