"One of the most affordable weekly rates of all of the hotels on this stretch of 192. Low crime rate and the office does a great job of screening their guests. Most rooms are filled with long term guests, using Paradise as their home address, and staying at least a month, if not longer. Mini fridges and microwaves in each room, as well as a smart TV and working window units with air and heat. This is one of the few motels in Kissimmee that will allow you to receive mail and use your room as your home address. Very safe and clean rooms with an excellent location. Within walking distance from Wawa, Super Walmart, Aldi, Midevil Times Dinner Show, Dunkin Donuts, Burger King, Mega Smoke Shop, and more. Bus stop right in front of location, with Lynx Bus #55 and #56 coming through every 15 minutes. Definitely recommend to both locals and tourists. The front desk clerk will work with you as far as a security deposit and weekly rate."

"For a week hotel price is ok, the room they gave me was extremely full of roaches and it smell like nasty. Beds smell horrible we got sick because of it they really need to do something about that, be more clean, fumigate the entire building! Be careful when choosing places to stay! This places doesn't even deserve a star"

"The room we stayed in had roaches it had a huge hole in the bathroom wall the door wouldn’t close in the bathroom the toilet was horrible with a piece of wood to support it it was the nastiest room I’ve ever seen the Mac maintenance guy whose name is Edwin refused to fix it or move us to another room he became rude aggressive then when it was time to check out he refused to give me my whole deposit back and only gave me 40 lousy dollars this place is terrible I reported to the health department and I’m going to sue because my wife is on oxygen and it harm her. Health. I wish I could post pictures I also told him this room was fit for a dog and His response was”well if that is what you consider yourself”"
