"We just left there. A horrible experience. There are no signs to direct you to the correct building. No signs on floor with correct room numbers. Elevator would work after pressing the button 5-6 times. Check in was a long process and late at night. We had to run Hot water in our unit for at least 20 minutes before it ever got Hot. When we checked in it was cold. Only 1 out of 3 heaters in unit worked. Our daughter overheard someone at the desk say to someone else “oh they are in the condo wing” which makes you feel like you are staying in the inferior part. This about sums it up. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Customer service is seriously lacking. I sent an e mail to the lady in charge and her reply was an apology for everything by there was nothing she could do. DO NOT STAY THERE. "Many reasons this was a bad place to stay. Was told they do not collect money from timeshare. Someone does because.. Someone is paying mantance fees. We had to stay in a two bedroom was supposed to be a three. Was to move to a three bedroom the next day by 3 it was not until 530. No one helped us move to another floor..Then had no electricity for 6 hours the first day. Had it for 4 hours then zero electricity the next day. No hot water. No internet. No t.v. . And the worst was we had food. In the fridge.. again was told they do not collect money from timeshare."

"Standing water after you shower pool smell like urine, the bathroom looks like it's put the together with silly puddy. One of the outlets was behind the headboard. This particular resort is not upgraded"

"Our first room started out good, but they had no cribs available for our son.. which led to us having to make a 10 pm trip to Walmart for a pack and play for him to sleep in…which is to be expected but we called two days in advance and they didn’t think to make sure they had one set aside for us… and then upon arrival back at the hotel the next day from a morning out we found ants in our bed, and mind you we had already slept in said bed… we did not leave food out or anything. Was just poor housekeeping… they were very understanding and got us a new room… but before bringing any of our things to the new room I tore the bed apart ensuring there were no bugs of any kind in our bed. All was good and clean in our new room, we have now been in this room for 5 days and it has been great… until today.. we went to krispy kreme to go get our doughnuts before departure back home tomorrow, and came back to neither mine nor my fiancés key cards to our room working.. neither were near anything magnetic that would’ve deactivated the strip… and obviously we didn’t check out… our intention is to never stay here again…. Very lack luster…"
