"It was an awesome time in there. Clean place, nice neighbourhood. Private. Gave all my (large) family what we needed to stay the entire week: Stove, microwave, cutlery, cups etc, fridge. Complete kitchen and bedrooms!! The backyard view from the dinning table was awesome and these little guys visited us every morning. Lots of TVs and good internet in the entire house. I would definitely recommend"

"The rooms are ok. They are somewhat updated but they are dirty, the layout is weird (lots of closet space for some reason and cuts into other spaces that are needed more like the bathroom), ya can hear the road traffic and the airplanes, other neighbors partying past 11pm-12am. They charge a "resort fee" of $30 when booked for activities they haven't had since the start of COVID ( so not sure where that money is going), but when ya get there the resort magically jumps to $50. The exterior of the grounds are kept up except the water they have there which could be maintained better. Some of them have nice front and back yards and others have none like the one we stayed in. They have a pool, hot tub and a few other activities you can play while you're there. Close to the turnpike, a jail, schools, busy road getting in/out, the area around is not the greatest and the empty security guard shack has a (I'll be back soon and no one ever there). And they don't allow pets, except for the "service animal"."

"We have stayed at the villas on multiple occasions and really enjoy how quite it is.. most rooms have a lake view and are nice and big.. the staff is usually very helpful and encourage you to relax.. the hot tub could use a little work as of August 23 but I’m sure they will get that fixed within a reasonable time if it’s not already fixed.. overall I’d give it a 4 but a 5 for service because the staff is great!"

"Home away from home!!! We moved out of St Cloud a few years ago, and when we come back to visit, there is no place I would rather be. Its spacious enough for our entire family. Its cheaper than a hotel, and has a full kitchen and laundry in every condo. Two swimming pools, a hot tub, splash pad, playground, tennis courts, basket ball courts, large chess and checkers, shuffle board, horse shoes, putt putt golf, corn hole and a gym. I have never met an unfriendly staff member! They are always the sweetest and most helpful. We visit at least 2-3 times a year. We just checked out yesterday morning and already planning our next trip. I have no desire to site see or hit the park because I grew up there, but this place is so nice, I could come and just stay on property the entire time. Thank you Villas of Fortune Place staff for always making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable!"
