"Stay here thru Airbnb unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The whole room was dirty, but we decided to stay because we had already spent $700 on it. We ended up cleaning the room ourselves. It's important to note that you should wear socks because the floor will turn the bottom of your feet black. The bathroom had a really bad smell, and to make matters worse, we noticed roaches coming out of small cracks in the bottom wall near the bathroom. This was definitely a major concern for us. Another issue we faced was with the internet. It would randomly go out throughout the day and night, and sometimes it would be out for the entire day. If you need to work from home, I would not recommend this place. Upon arrival, we realized that the remote was missing. This was quite inconvenient, as we had to request a replacement. Additionally, the bath towels provided seemed used, so we had to wash them ourselves. Furthermore, the staff at the lobby were not very helpful. They seemed goofy and not very knowledgeable. If you have any questions or need assistance, good luck getting a satisfactory answer from them. During breakfast, we encountered an odd young guy who came off as rude and weird. It felt like he had no soul when you talked to him. However, the breakfast itself was good if you're looking for something quick. Despite the negatives, there were a few pros to this place. The location was convenient, with everything being close by. The pool and lobby were also nice. Overall, I would not recommend this Airbnb due to the cleanliness issues, bathroom odor, roaches, unreliable internet, missing remote, unhelpful staff, and strange encounters during breakfast."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated near major theme parks like Disney and Universal. While this proximity is a big plus, there's room for improvement in certain amenities. Offering complimentary coffee and water in the rooms would be a welcome addition. Furthermore, the response time for services, such as fixing a non-working heater, needs to be faster. Prompt attention from onsite maintenance crews would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"Great location! Short distance from Disney. There were lots of restaurants, stores, and gift shops nearby. The rooms were pretty clean, but nothing fancy. Has a good pool area as well. They could definitely work on the service. We needed to check in late and called for hours on our way there, but never was able to get through on the phone. Overall it's a good choice for the price, but if you want something super nice, it's not for you. Ended up being a great, budget friendly choice for our trip."

"The majority of the rooms have been recently remodeled so they are decent and above average size for their price range. It is definitely cheaper to book your room on a third party discount site than in person. Bare bones housekeeping if you stay multiple days it's pretty nonexistent...you might be able to get a roll of tissue or a clean bath towel at the front desk if you're lucky! Location is great though. Almost across the street from Old Town, with plenty of shopping and dining options available within walking distance and within a 5 minute drive. Of the choices in this price range in this area, I would say this is your best choice."

"You have to know that there is a hidden resolt fee of 20$ per day (another hotel I stayed in Orlando charged me 25$ per day, so it is not the highest rate). This hotel is clean and a good place to stay. They provided hot coffee and ice 24/7, and it made me really happy during my stay. The room and bathroom were clean, and enough amount of clean towels were provided. The breakfast was not great but acceptable. Employees were nice, but they were sometimes out of the front desk (I could check in over midnight but couldn't reach them at 9 P.M. someday during stay). Overall, this place is recommendable."
