"Didn't have the room we originally booked available. The room we were given smelled damp, the front door was loose so you had to pull it open slightly to lock it. The bathroom door didn't close properly so couldn't be locked. Overall, definitely would not stay again, thankfully only booked for 2 nights."

"Conveniently located just off the Florida turnpike exit, so it's perfect for that overnight stay when you are caught in the middle of the road to that southern Florida destination going from somewhere up north. No frills motel style rooms and a water park inside if that's your thing. There is some ant problem and the rooms are somewhat rundown. All rooms have a kitchenette with a microwave oven and a small fridge. You could also get two rooms and they are connected so you end up with a sort of two room suite of you have a big party. The front desk is closed between midnight and 7am so you cannot check-in at those times, so plan accordingly. There is a working (paid) ev charger on the property which is a plus if you drive an ev. Single plug only, but looks like the use/contention is pretty minimal still. The front desk staff is pretty friendly."

"Rooms were unfinished, outlets falling out of the wall, and dusty. All textiles smelled old and musty. The smell and feel of mold was present in the room with carpet and especially terrible in the room with a hard floor. My wife and I are sick from exposure. The stay is decent if you don't have any sense of smell or allergies. If they renovated, the place could be amazing due to the water park and easy access to Silver Spurs."
