"Roaches everywhere. Been killing roaches all day. Room smells like mold. Floors are dirty. Sheets look unchanged. Dust everywhere. Just plain nasty. This has to be the dirtiest motel ever."
"The room was dirty. It had no place to hang clothes or towels. When I got in the shower in the morning my feet left footprints in the bottom of the tub from the dirt on the floors. Pubic hairs in the unclean corners in the bathroom. The bathroom door didn't open all the way, it stopped when it hit the toilet. They must rent weekly and monthly? The guy in the room next to me was a resident and had an angry loud visitor around 2AM. An argument ensued and I was scared out of my white. Would not recommend staying here"
"Horrible stay Walked into our room with a TV remote but no TV. No trash cans Hair and dried gun stuck to our stained towls. The room next to us ran a vacuum and what sounded like a paint roller head on the walls all night. Definitely not worth the money."
"This hotel is beautiful, very clean, it smells very good, the decoration in the rooms is amazing, they are recently remodeled with furniture made of amazing wood and painted with excellent colors, the room has a lot of space, a/c and wifi are working good , I recommend it 100%. come here any time."
"If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. There are only two good things to say about Heritage Park Inn, the first being that the front desk lady was very sweet and the second being that it’s in a great location. Other than that please do not stay at this place. There was a brown pit bull in the pool and another one barking inside of room 228, I was in room 226. My room door wasn’t sealed. We killed 4 little cockroaches and a beetle. The shower walls had other people’s hair on the walls. There was a bottle cap behind the door. The bath towel had a dark stain on it. This room was not cleaned. We gathered our things and went across the street to Quality Inn. A way better choice, cleaner, same price. Heritage Park Inn was dirty and awful!"
